Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the City
Council of the City of Plylwuth, Minnesota, was neld 0-n--t0-n--tW 19th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and roved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-614
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City has a Comprehensive Park System Plan. and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Park S --item Plan calls for the development
of Parkers Lake City Park. and
WHEREAS, federal and state grants have been secured for the development
of Parkers Lake City Park, and

WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted and reviewed proposals from nine
. consultant firms, and '
WHEREAS, the City Council has interviewed and selected the firm of Erauer
and Associates as the consultant for the Parkers Lake project. and
WHEREAS, a contract has been prepared in accordance with City Council
direction,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C►TY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that the contract dated August 19, 1985, at a
not -to -exceed cost of $11.350, excluding direct expenses. is hereby
approved, and further, that all costs associated with professional
services shall be charged back to Project 531.
