Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day
of Auggst, , 1985. The following members were present:-7sy0r Davenport,

were absent: Councilmember Cratn
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 611
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION FOR LAESTODIAN CHURCH
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 504
WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 85-413 adopted June 3, 1985 the City Council
awarded a contract for the 1985 Utility and Street Improvements, including
Project No. 504, 47th Avenue/Tammie Niddlemist Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Laestodian Church at 13030 47th Avenue North has submitted a
petition to the City Council requesting that their property be included as part
of Project 504; and
WHEREAS, said petitioner waives the right to a public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH that the petition submitted by the Laestodian Church at 13030 47th
Avenue North be referred to the Special Assessment Committee for review and
recommendation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
