Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day
of August , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils Schneider and Vasiliou
TH-e following members were absent Councilmember Crain
CounCilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 607
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT, LOT 1 AND 2, BLACK 1,
MEDICINE LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City Council has received a petition
for the vacation of the following utility and drainage easement:
That Fart of the East 6.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, MEDICINE LAKE
INDUSTRIAL PARK lying South of the North 13.91 feet thereof.
That part of the West 6.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, MEDICINE LAKE
INDUSTRIAL PARK lying South of the North 6.00 feet thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the ease to
be in order;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN;IL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 23,
1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CounCilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, CoundlMmblrs M011.
Schneider and Vasiliou _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly'
