Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12thday

COuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 605
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 15, 1984, a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Bass
Lake Woods Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council on August 12, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 12, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright-
-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
