Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day
of August , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 604
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 246
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Project No. 246:
1. Change irrigation system controller from hydraulic to electric
control.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street improvements
contract Project 246 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the utility and street
improvements contract for Project 246 is approved with no change in the
existing contract price.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing kesnlution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmm*ers Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
