HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-601CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day • of August , 1985. The following members were present: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 601 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND THE VILLAGES ADDITION (83061) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 18, 1984, Roger A. Fazendin, Margaret C. Fazendin, Daniel C. Fazendin and Lynn M. Fazendin, developer of The Villages Addition (83061), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a redLction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW P -MOUNT Street Construction $ 61,000 $ 6,100 Sanitary Sewer 104,000 10,400 Watermain 39,000 3,900 Storm Sewer 10,000 1,000 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 6,000 3,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Site Grading 40,000 -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control TLan 2,000 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 31,698 3,426 TOTAL $295,848 $31,976, That the letter of credit required be reduced from $70,000 to $31,976 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption 3f the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils _, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor r;avanport, Counci I members Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou _ The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed anO adopted.
