Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lZth day of August . 19 85

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 600
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE EXPANSION AND
MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 3, AND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES CHAPTER 472.A.
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager in a report dated August 9, 1985 recommended that
the City Council consider expanding and modifying Development District No. 3 and Tax
Increment Financing District No. 3, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472.A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the
Council shall meet at 7:30 p.m., Monday, September 9, 1965 for the purpose of
•conducting a public hearing on the expansion and modification of Development District
No. 3, and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3, and the proposed amendments to the
development program and tax increment financing plan pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 472.A. and further that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
publish a notice of said hearing in sub*tantially the form of the notice attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
