Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 596
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for Temporary On -Sale Halt Liquor License has been
received from David R. Okerstrom, Sheraton Northwest, I-94 6 Highway 169,
pursuanL to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the Sheraton Northwest
First Annual Softball Tournament on August 16, 17 and 18; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Halt Liquor License is hereby
approved for David R. Okerstrom representing the Sheraton Northwest.
