Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of August 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
• The foTfawing members were absent: Councilmember Crain
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 595
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, an application for a Garbage Haulers license renewal has been received from:
Commercial & Residential:
Crosstown Sanitation
10110 38th Avenue N.
Plymouth, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers license be approved for the above named applicant
for an eight-month period ending March 31, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foTT6wfng vofed
n favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou
.The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
