Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 592
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR WORD OF LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD
CHURCH (84015)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300 18th
Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-781; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $112,784.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 18, 1985 by Resolution No. 85-2.01 authorized the
reduction of this Savings Certificate to $77,784.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on dune 3, 1985 by Resolution No. 85-410 authorized the
reduction of this Savings Certificate to $52,830.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Savings
Certificate No. 10101 in the amount of $77,784.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Word of Life Assembly of God Church located at 12300 18th Avenue
North, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
