Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August 1985.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 591
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BATON CORPORATION FOR MISSION
OAKS FIRST ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Baton Corporation for Mission Oaks First Addition located at
11801 County Road 9 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-354; and,
WHEREAS, the developer subm'.tted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Savings Certificate in the amount of $50,405.00; and,
.WHEREAS, the City Council on December 5, 1983, per Resolution No. 83-663 authorized the
reduction of this Savings Certificate to $20,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 18, 1985, per Resolution No. 85-200 reduced this
Savings Certificate to $10,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Savings Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Savings
Certificate No. 269 in the amount of $50,405.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Baton Corporation for Mission Oaks First Addition located at 11801
County Road 9.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
