CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, our,cilmembers Nei is, Schneider and Vasiliou aaa were absent: Councilmember Crain Lira aaa Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 590 AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 284 (82038) WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Independent School District No. 284 located at the southeast corner of 19th Avenue North and State Highway 101 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-376; and, WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of a Money Market Certificate in the amount of $140,597.00; and, rWHEREAS, the City Council on December 5, 1983, per Resolution No. 83-660 authorized the reduction of this Money Market Certificate to $14,800.00; and, WHEREAS, the City Council on August 6, 1984, per Resolution No. 84-524 reduced this Money Market Certificate to $5,000.00; and, WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Money Market Certifiate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Money Market Certificate No. 19584 in the amount of $5,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Independent School District No. 284 located at the southeast corner of 19th Avenue North and State Highway 101. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none 10 *hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a& -opted.
