Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain
Councilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 589
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR J. S. SWEDENBORG CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR EDELMANN BUILDING (84028)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for J. B. Swedenborg Construction, Inc. for the Edelmann Building
at 1900 Annap�.tis Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-361; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $129,450.00; and,
•WHEREAS, the City Council on March 4, '1985, per Resolution No. 85-172 authorized the
reduction of this Bond to $8,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No. 983655
in the amount of $129,450.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
J. B. Swedenborg Construction, Inc. for the Edelmann Building at 1900 Annapolis Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavnr Davenport. Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
