Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5 e�cialmeeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August 19B5.
The following members were present: Mayor Dayenpor�ounci1members Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Lrain

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 588
SETTING CONDITIONS TO HE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR HONEYWELL
SOLID STATE DIVISION FOR HONEYWELL, INC. (85025)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Honeywell Solid State
Division as requested by Honeywell, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
The motion for auoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
