HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-573CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of August 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilwember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-573 APPROVING THE DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR RUTLEDGE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (85061) WHEREAS, Rutledge Construction Company has requested approval of tt; division of exist- ing platted land to divide a 2.07 and 1.47 acre parcel from an existing 3.54 acre par- cel east of Harbor Lane and south of 34th Avenue North as follows: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lot 3, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL A: . That part of Lot 3, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying North of the south 166.00 feet of said Lot 3. Subject to and together with an easement for ingress and egress pur- poses over and across the north 24.00 feet of the south 178.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof. Sub- ject to utility and drainage purposes over and across the west 10.00 feet, the north, east and south 6.00 feet of that part of said Lot 3 lying North of the south 166.00 feet. PARCEL B: The south 166.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to and together with an easement for ingress and egress purposes over and across the north 24.00 feet of the south 178.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, ac- cording co the recorded plat thereof. Subject to utility and drainge easements over and across the west 10.00 feet and north, east and south 6.00 feet of the south 166.00 feet of said Lot 3. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: or Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
