Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
Jul x, 1985. The following members were present• -fir Davenport,
ounce mem ers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 560
APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
CHICAGO AND NORTH WESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
PROJECT NO. 501
GLEN ECHO PONDS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested permission to install an 8"
watermain undercrossing the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad tracks at 15th
Avenue North, West of Pineview Lane as part of City Project 501, Glen Echo
Ponds 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to cover said construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the
agreement with the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company for Project
501.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
