Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special met" of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of July 198J.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain
NPilc_ Schneider and Vasilinu
The following members were absent: none
rnunrilmPmher Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 555
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS
CAMPUS 8TH ADDITION (MPUD 81-1) (95059)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance; Company of America has requested approval for a final
Plat for Northwest Business Campus 8th Addition located northeast of Campus Drive at
Teakwood Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Prudential
Insurance Company of America for Northwest Business Campus 8th Addition located
northeast of Campus Drive at Teakwood Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
