Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of Juulz� 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemberse1N -ls,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 85-551
APPROVING VARIANCE FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE FOR A LOT DIVISION FOR DAVID AND DIANE
BANCROFT (85054)
WHEREAS, David and Diane Bancroft have requested approval of a Variance from the Sub-
division Code for a Lot Division by means other than platting, for property located at
the southeast corner of County Road 15 and Magnolia Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission as reviewed the proposal and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 3 and the West 40.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, WILSHIRE GARDENS, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA
PARCEL A:
That part of Lot 3 and the west 40.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, WILSHIRE GARDENS,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying souther-
ly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of
North 05 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds west, along the west line of said Lot 3 a
distance of 188.62 feet to the point cf beginning; thence North 89 degrees 58
minutes 22 seconds East 156.90 feet to the intersection with the east line of the
west 40.00 feet of said Lot 2 and said line there terminating.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lot 3 and the West 40.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, WILSHiRE GARDENS,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying norther-
ly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of
North 05 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds west, along the west line of said Lot 3 a

distance of 188.62 feet to the point of beqinninq; theove North 89 degrees 58
minutes 22 seconds Fast 156.90 feet to the intersection with the east line of the

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon Citv Policy when the divis'.on is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
