Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of July . 19M.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain_
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 550
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF NORTHWEST BOULEVARD AT WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE (85041)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
the southeast corner of Northwest Boulevard at West Medicine Lake Drive from FRO
(future restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family
residential) District; in conjunction with approval of the development known as
proposed as Heritage Knoll;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Sohn Karos for
Heritage Knoll to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, t
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemberc Neils_

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
