Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of July . 19 85
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Schneider_ _o n ilmmhprc Crain
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-548
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 101 AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (85020)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
the southeast corner of Highway 101 and County Road 6 from R -1A (low density single
family) District to B-2 (shopping center business) District in conjunction with
approval of the Final Plat proposed as Oakwood Square;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Dave Johnson for
Oakwood Square to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
