. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the —Znd day of _ July 1985.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 547
APPROVING REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR DAVE JOHNSON
(85020)
WHEREAS, Dave Johnson has requested approval for a Revised Preliminary Plat and
General Development Plan, Rezoning and Variances, for a commercial lot located at the
southeast corner of Highway 101 and County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat and General
Development Plan for Dave Johnson for property located at the southeast corner of
. Highway 101 and County Road 6, subject to the following:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.
4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. A restrictive covenant shall be approved by the City Attorney and filed on this
plat which allows for the use of shared drive, parking and access.
7. Access shall be limited as recommended by the Traffic Impact Study for the
Johnson Development, dated April, 1985.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Rwsolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: pu y Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The rollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
