Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of Jul . 1985.
The following members were present: Deputy MayorC nei er, Counci Imembers Neils, —
Crain and Vasiliou
10 The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 542
ADOPTING A REVISED PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel program needs have required that amendments be made to
the December 15, 1980 personnel policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed revisions in the format and substance of the
1980 policy which enhance its utility and understanding; and
WHEREAS, such changes promote understanding of the Plymouth personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does adopt a revised personnel policy dated
July 15, 1985 to replace the policy dated December 15, 1980.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils,
Crain and Vasiliou
