Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of July 1931.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
io Schneider Crain and Vasiliou _
e following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 538
GARBAGE HAULFRS LICENSE kENEWAL
WHEREAS, an application fcr a Garbage Haulers license renewal has been received from:
Commercial & Residential:
Superior Disposal Service
Route 3, Box 341
Delano, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for the above named appli-
cant for a one year period ending March 31, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foTlo_wTng voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembersNeils,_ Schneider. Crain and
VasiIiou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
