Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of July , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Nils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 537
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING — BASS LAKE ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Robert Burger of Bass Lake
Development, Inc. requesting installation of ornamental residential street
lighting in the Bass Lake Estates Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Lake Estates
Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lighting,
filed with the City Council on July 15, 1985 is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section
429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and spescial assessment
• hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
