Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular- meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of July , 1985. The following members were presen�ayor Davenport,
• Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following mtmbers were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 535
APPROVAL OF ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR
6TH AVENUE - HONEYWELL, INC.
WHEREAS, Honeywell is the fee owner of a parcel of land located in the City of
Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, The Honeywell property currently abuts existing Sixth Avenue North on
a portion of the South property line; and
WHEREAS, Honeywell is planning to construct additional improvements on the
Honeywell Property for which it requires a building permit; and
WHEREAS, City is planning a future extension of and improvement to Sixth Avenue
North and as a condition to the issuance of the building permit has required
that Honeywell plat the Honeywell Property as Lot 1, Block 1, Honeywell Solid
State Division and dedicat,p the South 60 feet of the West 1218.61 feet, as
measured along the South line of the Honeywell Property, as an extension of
Sixth Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, Honeywell has requoeted that it have reasonable access to Sixth Avenue
North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to enter into
the attached access agreement with Honeywell, Inc. pertaining to Sixth Avenue
North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Aeils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
