Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of Jul , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counci mem era ells, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 534
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS ON FERNBROOK LANE
NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, a petition was received from Harstad and Todd Developers of
Kingaview Heights for street, curb and gutter and storm sewer, and all
necessary appurtenances on Fernbrook Lane north of County Road 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA that said petition is hereby accepted by the Council
and to be filed and considered with the 1986 CIP.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
