HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-531CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of duly , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils. Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 531 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - ROLLING HILLS PARK 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 15, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Rolling Hills Park 2nd Addition by the installation of an ornamental resi- dential street light and this report was received by the Council on July 15, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 15, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as t%e engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Vkgreupon the Resolution was declaredjVly passe3 an333optea. *
