Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of July , 1485. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 526
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND COUNTY ROAD 61
CITY PROJECT NO. 525
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 9 at County State
Aid Highway 61, Hennepin County Project No. 8519, Agreement No. 12-17-85 has
been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that said Agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 12-17-85, Hennepin County Project No. 8331, City Project 525.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $20,000 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund
(402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-501-525) to finance said con-
struction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
