Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of July , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 525
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N0. 3
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Install sand barrell impact attenuaters
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements
Contract, Project 129 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for I-494/County Road 15
Improvements Contract, Project 129 by adding $13,200.00 is approved and the
existing contract price of $4,044,964.72 is revised to $4,058,164.72.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secondees by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
