Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of July , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 523
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
SCHMIDT'S GARDENS UTILITIES - PROJECT NO. 427
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities, Project 427:
Extend completion date to October 1, 1985
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Schmidt's Gardens Utilities contract is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities
Contract, changing the completion date to October 1, 1985, with no change in
the contract amount is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneidgr. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
