Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular weeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of Jul 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 518
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR K & K SALES, INC. (84026)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for K & K Sales, Inc. located at 815 County Road 18 was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 84-385; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the fo_m of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $11,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the reduction of this amount on dune 17, 1985 by
Resolution No. 85-431 to $5,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. SB2669 in the amount of $5,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for K & K Sales, Inc. located at 815 County Road 18.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayer navenoort. Councilmembers Neils
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
