Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of July . 1915.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CounCilmembers Neils.
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 517
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR NEW HORIZONS DAY CARE CENTER
(A-590)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for New Horizons Day Care Center located at the northeast corner
of Niagara Lane and County Road 6 was approved under City Council Resolution Ib.
77-358; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perfnroance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $6,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NL.YML)UTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 400EY2352 in the amount of $6,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for New Horizons Day Care Center located at the northeast corner of County
Road 6 and Niagara Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
