Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of —July 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, _
• Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 511
APPROVING VARIANCES FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE FOR DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
JOSEPH SORRENTINO (85057)
WHEREAS, Joseph Sorrentino has requested approval of Variances from the Subdivision
Code to divide platted land within the Wayzata Farmsteads at 5250 Queensland Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 16, WAYZATA FARMSTEADS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota. All that part of 6th Avenue adjacent to the Northerly side of
Lot 16, Wayzata Farmsteads Addition described as follows:
That part of 6th Avenue North originally dedicated in the plat of Wayzata Farm-
steads, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying East of the Northerly exten-
sion of the West line of Lot 16, said Wayzata Farmsteads, and Westerly of the
Northerly extension of the Easterly line of said Lot 16, subject to an easement
for street and utility purposes over and across said Lot 16, per Document Number
4542084.
PARCEL A:
The south 125.70 feet of Lot 16, WAYZATA FARMSTEADS, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to and
parallel with the south line of said Lot 16. Area: 75,159 sq. ft.
PARCEL B:
Lot 16, WAYZATA FARMSTEADS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota. EXCEPT the south 125.70 feet of said Lot 16, as measured at
right angles to and parallel with the south line of said Lot 16. Subject to an
easement for street and utility purposes over and across said Lot 16, per Document
Number 4542084.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Ine rollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
