Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of Jul
1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers e7 sl , •
Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 510
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR ELIZABETH QUAST FOR PROPERTY AT 545 NIAGARA LANE
(85063)
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Quast has requested consolidation of platted Lots 1 and 2, Block 4
of Parkers Lakside Addition into one lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Parkers Lakeside Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider. Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
