Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of July 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Council embers Hells,
Schneider, Crain, and Vasillou
The following members were absent: none
Council ember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-509
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR HANS
HAGEN HOMES (85062)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Hans Hagen Homes for
property located north of 46th Avenue and east of Ranchview Lane under Resolution No.
85-508 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
'MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Liz Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Yard setbacks shall comply with Amhurst RPUD standards.
3. Park dedication requirements were satisfied with the platting of Amhurst 8th
Addition.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Mells , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemibers Hells,
Schneider, Crain, and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
