Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
. July , 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor
Schneider, Councilmembers Neils, Crain & Vasiliou. The following members were
absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 507
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 408
DUNKIRK LATE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following describesd parcel of church land shall be assessed for
the first 280 feet of frontage:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcel of church land shall be deferred
for that portion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that
exceeds 280 feet in the manner as stated for a period not to exceed five (5)
years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner
for a church, further subdivided during that five ,year period, the deferred
assessment shall become payable in full.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils,
Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
