Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgilar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the l=t day of
1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ou cilm_e_mbers Crain, Neils, Schneider, Vasiliou. The following members were
is absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-500
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 7655
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-695, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 809, Pike Lake Area Utility
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, one property was assessed for sanitary sewer lateral benefit and no
sewer was installed adjacent to the property; and
WHEREAS, The portion of the assessment for sanitary sewer lateral should be
removed from the assessment roll;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessment be reduced to the following amount as they apply to the
parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years
and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 7655, with the first in-
stallment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1986.
3. That the property owners will be refunded the interest and principle paid
for 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985 on the amount of the reduction of the
assessment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wap duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, COuntilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
