Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
July , 1985. The following members were present:—e�ty Mayor
Schneider. Councilmembers Neils. Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 494
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 534
CARLSON CENTER 6TH ADDITION
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 6, 1985, a report
has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. with respect to the improvement
of Carlson Center 6th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, watermain, sanitary sewer
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 1, 1985:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the final
plat of Carlson Center 6th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
