Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th�st day of duly . 19 8�
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor–SER—eider, Counci mem ers —
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 488
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (85044) (MPUD 78-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning pertain land located
southwest of I-494 and County Road 9 from B-3 (service business) District to I-1
(planned industrial) District in conjunction with approval of the MPUD Conceptual
Plan for Trammell Crow Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Trammell Crow
Company to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain. Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
