Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lst day of Jul . 1985
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor -S- neider, Counci mem ers rain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 487
APPROVING MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR TRAMMELL CROW
COMPANY (85044) (MPUD 78-1)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval for a Mixed Planned Unit
Development Concept Plan Amendment and Rezoning for 6.04 acres located at the
southwest corner of I-494 and County Road 9, south, west, and north of Annapolis
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Mixed Planned Unit Development
Concept Plan Amendment (MPUD 78-1) for Trammell Crow Company for land located at the
southwest corner of I-494 and County Road 9, south, west, and north of Annapolis
Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Petitioner will submit cross through -sections with preliminary plan/plat, for
views from northwest, west and southwest, demonstrating maximum screening to the
adjacent residential area.
3. Private drive access shall be directed easterly to Annapolis Lane, no through
traffic shall be permitted from north to south.
4. Building height shall be limited to one story.
5. That the reguiding and rezoning be contingent upon approval for the MPUD Final
Plan/Plat and execution of the Development Contract.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils ,and upon vote being taken thereon= the
following voted in favor thereof: DeputyM—ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
