Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the T5t day of July 19 85.
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor, c-$-Fneiaer, Counci mem ers
Crain, Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 851486
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY IN THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (85044)(MPUD 78-1)
WHEREAS, TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY has requested approval of reclassification of Land Use
Guiding for an approximate 6.04 acre parcel located southwest of I-494 and County
Road 9 from CS (service business) to IP (planned industrial); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled public hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve Lhe reclassification of land use
guiding for Trammell Crow Company for approximately 6.04 acres located in the
southwest corner of I-494 and County Road 9 from CS (service business) to IP (planned
industrial), subject to the conditions as stated in Resolution No. 85- 487 that
approves the Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan Amendment, and in accordance with
Exhibit (85044);
FURTHER, Approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council, and the
Final Plat/Plan which shall be approved by the City Council prior to finalization of
the Amendment.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
