Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lst day of July 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenporf,�ncilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 485
DENYING REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DON MYRON AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-187

WI,EREAS, Don Myron received approval of a Preliminary Plat for Oakdale West 3rd
.Addition east of Highway 101 and north of 19th Avenue North under Resolution No. 85-
187 on March 18, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, Don Myron has requested approval of a revised Preliminary Plat for Oakdale
West 3rd Addition for three lots and one outlot; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal at a duly called Public Hear-
ing and recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the Revised Preliminary Plat for Oak-
dale West 3rd Addition for three lots and one outlot located east of Highway 101 and
north of 19th Avenue North for the following reasons:
1. The petitioner has not demonstrated why the approved Preliminary Plat should be
revised, in terms of sound planning principles.
2. The revised Preliminary Plat does not comply with the City's Subdivision Code by
fully reflecting ultimate development and specifically by not complying with
Section 500.15, Subdivision 3.
FURTHER, City Council approval of a Preliminary Plat through Resolution No. 85-187
for Oakdale West 3rd Addition is reaffirmed, except Item No. 10 is hereby deleted and
the following is hereby substituted:
The Preliminary Plat for Oakdale West 3rd Addition shall indicate Outlot B as
public street right-of-way.
FURTHER, the petitioner may reinstate the Preliminary Plat application File No.
84097, and the approval under Resolution No. 85-187 as amended above.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secorAed by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
