Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lct day of ,l„1. 19

CntinrilmPmhPr Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 483
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH
PARKVIEW FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (85040)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Plymouth Parkview as request-
ed by the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re-
cording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Rezoning the property shall be finalized with subsequent development applications.
3. Park dedication will be finalized in accordance with City Policy in effect at the
time of subsequent applications for Outlots B and C.
4. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con-
struction of municipal sewer and water.
5. No development variances are granted or implied.
6. No Building Permits to be issued until Outlots B and C are subsequently approved
for development and appropriate plats are recorded.
7. Access s:iall be to Northwest Blvd. and West Medicine Lake Drive and shall be
determined at the time of subsequent planning/platting proposals.
8. Transitional screening and berming shall be provided along Northwest Blvd., to be
addressed and finalized with the subsequent planning/platting proposals.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
