Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t— he Zst day of July . 1985.
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor—SE neider, Counci mem ers rain,—
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: --Mayor Davenport
CouncilmemCer Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 482
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PLYMOUTH PARKVIEW (85040)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval for Final Plat for Plym(,-th
Parkview, a plat for four outlots and right-of-way located northwest and east of
Northwest Boulevard, at West Medicine Lake Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for the City of
Plymouth for Plymouth Parkview located northwest and east of Northwest Boulevard, at
West Medicine Lake Drive;
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
