Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on7_t!W__T7S day of July 1585
The following members were present: Playor Dayenpor�uncilmem ers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 478
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR KINGSVIEW HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION FOR
HARSTAD-TODD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (85039) (RPUD 85-1)
WHEREAS, Harstad-Todd Construction Company has requested approval for Final Plat for
Kingsview Heights Second Addition (RPUD 85-1, a plat for 190 single family lots and
fourteen outlots located at Juneau Lane and County Road 9; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Harstad-Todd Construction Company for Kingsview Heights Second Addition
located at Juneau Lane and County Road 9; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain V ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
