The following members were present: Deputy Mayor McTnReMder, Counci mem ers rain,— Neils and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-477 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR McDONALD'S CORPORATION (85038) (MPUD 85-1) WHEREAS, McDonald's Corporation has requested a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to construct a second drive-through window on the west side of their facility at Annapolis Circle and Campus Drive in the Northwest Business Campus; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by McDonald's Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to construct a second drive-through window on the west side of their facility at Annapolis Circle and Campus Drive, subject to the following condition: 1. Compliance with Resolution No. 85-1-A The notice for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
