Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plyw+outh, Minnesota, was held on test day of Jul 19 85.
The following members were present: Deputy Mayor 7c Fne der, Counccilmem ers rain,—
Neils and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor"Davenport
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-473
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR TYRELL
ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES, INC. (85037) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Tyrell Addition as requested by Hans Hagen Homes, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County, except those approved by the City Council for models through
Resolution No. 85-409.
4. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric-
tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat.
5. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved RPUD 79-2 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adopt,on of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
