Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Zst da YY of July . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor�ouncilmembers Crain, eils;
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-470
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF 45TH AVENUE NORTH AND LARCH LANE (85027) (MPUD 85-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southwest of 45th Avenue North and Larch Lane from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Swan Lake
Highlands (RPUD 85-2) to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of
said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
