Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ai 1 meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ld on the 24th day of
June , 19 85. The following m .bers were present: duty Mayor
c nei er, Councilmembers Neils. Crain and Vacilimi
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 462
A RESOLUTION DENYING THE WAIVING OF FIELD RENTAL FEES
VP EREAE, the H'a%'zata-Pl%-mouth Soccer Club has requested the waiving
of field rental fees, and
VHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisor- Commission has reviewed
said request, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends
denying the waiving of field rental fees, and
WHEREAS, the Plm outh Cite Council has reviewed and concurs with
the recommendation of the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission,
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request for the waiving of
field rental fees by_ the Wayzata-Plvmouth Soccer Club is hereb-,-
denied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counclmem er Neils and upon vote bein taken thereon, the
following wt in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneifer, Councilmembers
Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
