Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24TH day
. of June , 1985. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor
Schneider, Councilmembers Neils, Crain and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-458
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WINDRIDGE AT BASS LAKE STH ADDITION (A-755)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated May 16, 1984
Builders Development, Inc., developer of Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition
(A-755), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed s portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $15,528
to $7,750
to
reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb
and
gutter construction is accepted, as of June 24, 1985
for continual maintenance
subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Neils , ani. upon vote being
taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Neils, Crain -and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
